What "Kill Satan" Means:
To “Kill Satan” is end his dominion in the believer by refusing consent to sin and yielding continually to the Holy Spirit - until Satan's access to your mind is crushed underfoot.

Operational definition:
Satan “dies” where his access ends — deception rejected, consent withdrawn, and Christ reigns
